Constructed with fabric and air-support technology, the JXHK-GP601AC Mobile Engine Hangar utilizes flame-retardant, anti-static, and oil-resistant fireproof mesh fabric as its core material. It ensures no damage to aircraft during installation and use, while providing comprehensive protection against rain, snow, and cold for engines, related equipment, and maintenance personnel. The product is fully compatible with key maintenance scenarios, including borescope inspections, replacement of engine components (such as blades and HMU), and complete engine replacement, operating reliably within a temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃.

In terms of practicality and convenience, the mobile hangar offers outstanding advantages: it maintains a stable frame structure for long periods without continuous air supply after inflation. With dimensions of 660CM (width) × 670CM (depth) × 445CM (height), it fully meets the engine replacement needs of A320 series aircraft. A maintenance team of 3-4 people can set it up in just 15 minutes; after brief training, operators can proficiently handle assembly and storage. Additionally, the product supports optional heating and cooling accessories, complemented by standard configurations including 4 air pumps (220V, 1800W), 1 floor mat (800CM × 1000CM), and 8 water bags (75L each), further enhancing operational flexibility and safety.
