2370-T110-401: NLG (Nose Landing Gear) Installation Tool Kit

This GSE is purpose-built for the precise installation of the Nose Landing Gear (NLG). Manufactured from resistant carbon steel, it ensures excellent structural rigidity for secure operations.

The core advantage of this equipment lies in its user-friendly hydraulic system. Operated by a handle-actuated hydraulic device, it is basically composed of an installation device attached to a support by two spacer plates and a hinged arm. The hinged arm features a swivel hook that securely attaches to and lifts the NLG, guiding it smoothly into its correct installation position.

AGE-02590-401: MLG (Main Landing Gear) Handling Trolley

While the NLG tool emphasizes vertical lifting and flexibility, managing the heavier Main Landing Gear (MLG) requires absolute stability coupled with multi-axis micro-adjustment capabilities. The AGE-02590-401 perfectly meets this demand.

Weighing in at 560 kg, this handling trolley is much more than a transport stand; it is a mobile platform equipped with multi-dimensional spatial adjustment. During the critical final inches of mating the MLG to the aircraft wheel well, operators can utilize the trolley's X-axis, Y-axis, lift, pitch, and yaw adjustments to achieve millimeter-level alignment, eliminating the need for hazardous manual pushing or pulling.
