Details

The FIL567EB and FIL567EC form a paired high-integrity aerospace engine fuel filtration assembly, engineered to AS9100D standards and RTCA DO-160G specifications, exclusively for CFM56-7B turbofan engines on Boeing 737 Next-Generation aircraft, supporting line maintenance and full MRO workflows.

FIL567EB acts as the primary filter (5-micron stainless steel pleated element, Inconel 718 housing) with a 15 psi bypass valve and differential pressure alert, while FIL567EC serves as the secondary/backup unit with enhanced 3-micron filtration for critical contaminant capture. Both feature IP67-sealed quick-disconnect fittings for rapid swaps, operating at -40°C to 125°C. Combined, they weigh 4.3 kg (2.1 kg + 2.2 kg) with a compact stacked footprint (185mm×110mm×220mm). Compliant with FAA Part 33/EASA CS-E, the duo ensures fuel system purity, prevents injector wear, and extends engine on-wing reliability for short-haul fleets.
