1.This aircraft jack model adopts both pneumatic and manual operation forms. It eliminates the cumbersome nature of the old manual lifting method and can directly lift the aircraft by simply connecting the air source connector with the air source connector of the jack.

Installation Steps for the Fuselage Top and Wing Tops

1.Upon receiving the three jacks, unload them individually from the vehicle; then, open the second, smaller box to reveal the securing rods located at the bottom.

2.Remove the pull rods from the existing jacks, then detach the pull rods located at the bottom of the box. Connect each pull rod to its corresponding jack, secure them with bolts, and the assembly of the jacks is complete.

Installation Steps for Tail Jack

1. Hoist the first large crate down to the ground and open its lid.

2. Hoist the main unit out of the crate and set it upright on the ground. (The ground must be level.)

3.Remove the three support legs from the second shipping crate and insert each leg into the corresponding lug on the jack head, matching them by part number. Then, insert the retaining pins (found in the small box inside the second crate) to secure the legs. Next, attach the tie rods to the rear legs and fasten them securely with bolts. At this point, the complete unit is fully assembled.

Once the tripod jacks have been fully assembled!

They can be moved into position at the machine tool to perform the aircraft lifting operation.
