Assembly Process

Pre-operation Inspection

Before using the jack each time, a strict inspection must be conducted:

1.Check if the hydraulic oil in the tank is sufficient. The liquid level must reach 4/5 of the tank's height. If insufficient, add 10# or 15# aviation hydraulic oil.

2.Inspect if there are any damages on the surface of the hydraulic cylinder, and check if there are any leaks or drips in the hydraulic pipelines and pipe joints.

3.Check if the manual pump and pneumatic pump are working properly. Only after everything is normal can the operation be carried out.

Efficient Packaging and Shipment

In addition to the assembly process, we are also sharing updates on the packing and shipment. Each aircraft jack is securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation, using reinforced materials and professional handling procedures.
