We have completed the production and delivery of aviation engine tooling, Part No. CFM56-856A3760G05, designed for the assembly and disassembly of Stage 2 Low Pressure Turbine (LPT) nozzle segments.

 

CFM56 Engine 856A3760 is a Boeing 856 series aircraft-specific tooling/connector part number, belonging to the special connection/adapter parts for thrust reverser systems/hydraulic lines, and is compatible with the engine thrust reverser hydraulic systems of Boeing 737/757/767 and other models.

 

This equipment is used during aviation maintenance operations to remove or install Stage 2 LPT nozzle segments within the LPT case. It is configured as a dedicated fixture for assembly/disassembly (ASSY/DISASSY) and is intended to support standard engine maintenance procedures.

The tooling consists of two main components: a pre-assembly tool and a removal/installation tool. In operation, nozzle segments are first positioned on the pre-assembly tool. For storage, a light coat of oil is to be applied to all unprotected surfaces as part of routine maintenance.
